“Identity and Sense of Belonging” – Being a citizen of today

The objective of this publication yearly research project, is to examine the relationship between children, the school
community and the larger community. The project will integrate significant and challenging themes related to how we
can come to understand who we are in relation to the community we belong and as well our contribution to the planet
as sustainable citizens.
The protagonists of this exploration are the children of a mixed-age classroom – from 3 up to 6 years old.
