Randi has been working within Reggio inspired early education environments for about 15 years. She worked as teacher for many years, and she has now moved on developing program environments and project philosophies, mentoring teachers and supporting families. She looks forward to intertwining her hands on experience within the early education field into the current transition the world is going through.
